Online Therapy in Georgetown, TX
A Different Chapter, Your Own Terms
Growing older can bring changes in relationships, work, or how you imagine the years ahead. I work with adults and seniors in Georgetown who are taking stock without wanting someone else to decide what this part of life should mean. A question about identity is enough of a reason to start talking.
You may have questions that did not seem urgent until something in your routine changed. I can listen to what feels unsettled now, including the roles you want to keep and those you might want to reconsider.
Making Space for the Story
We might revisit an old role that has become too narrow or a decision you keep putting aside. Narrative therapy can give us room to understand your story from another perspective. I may draw on attachment-based ideas when relationships figure strongly in what has changed. You remain the expert on your own life.
Perhaps a choice about work or family has brought an older question back. We can give that question time, without expecting you to explain an entire life in the first session.
A Clear Boundary on Place
I meet Georgetown clients by secure video while they are in Texas. I do not have an office there or offer in-home therapy there. We can discuss whether this setting gives you enough privacy to speak.
I arrange my own schedule and can answer questions about a first session. You do not need to decide in advance which part of your story matters most.
Where to Begin
Send me a message about the change or question that brought you here. If you would prefer a free 15-minute introductory conversation before scheduling, that is fine.
You might write with one question about this stage of life or with several that do not yet fit together. I can listen to where you would like to start and give the questions room.
