Online Therapy in Fort Worth, TX

What You Carry Afterward

People sometimes keep functioning while the effects of an experience continue to show up. I work with Fort Worth adults and seniors who want to talk about trauma, grief, or a change in how safe ordinary life feels. You can begin with what you have noticed recently instead of starting at the beginning of everything.

You may look fine to other people while dealing with reactions they never see. I want to hear what happens in those moments and how you have been getting through them.

A Steadier Way to Talk

I believe survival comes first: safety, stability, and ways to cope. A session might give us time to name when a reaction begins and what happens next. I may draw on trauma-informed and attachment-based ideas, or narrative work when the story you have been given leaves something important out.

If a memory or a change in your sense of safety comes up, I will not ask you to force a detailed account. We can pay attention to what you need in the present conversation.

Connecting From Fort Worth

I meet Fort Worth clients by secure video while they are in Texas. I have no office there and do not offer in-home therapy there. We can talk about the privacy you have for sessions.

I handle scheduling myself. If you are unsure what you can say in a first session, ask me; we can discuss the pace of our work before we set a time.

Where to Begin

Send me a message about what has been affecting daily life. A free 15-minute introductory conversation is available if you have questions about trauma work.

You can start with a recent moment that surprised you or an old experience that still affects you. There is no need to choose the perfect entry point in a first message. I will follow your lead about where to begin.
