A Conversation Without the Commute

If your days in Austin are crowded with obligations, therapy can still have a place in them. I work with children, teens, adults, families, and seniors. I would want to hear what you have been carrying through that schedule.

An overloaded week can make it hard to hear your own thoughts. I would ask what you have been putting off and what happens when you finally get a quiet moment. That gives us somewhere real to start.

What Comes Into Focus

We might start with anxiety that keeps interrupting an ordinary day or a life transition that has changed how you see yourself. I draw on person-centered work to follow what matters to you, and CBT or ACT may offer language for thoughts and choices you want to look at more closely.

We can take one concern from your week and look at what it brings up. I will check what is useful to you as we go, rather than assume the same exercise works for everyone.

Where Sessions Happen

I meet Austin clients by secure video while they are in Texas. I have no office there and do not offer in-home therapy there. You can choose a private place for the conversation.

If it is hard to find privacy in a crowded schedule, tell me what is possible for you. I can help think through whether there is enough room for a conversation without interruptions.

Where to Begin

Send me a message about the issue that keeps getting pushed to the end of your day. I handle scheduling myself, and you can start with a free 15-minute introductory conversation if you'd like.

A message about your week is enough to start. If you are unsure what to bring to a first session, tell me what has been taking up your attention. I will help find a place to begin.
